How to Use

Brush the top of each tooth, moving downwards towards the bottom of the tooth. Position the mouthpiece in your mouth and gently enclose your lips around it. Utilize for a duration of 9 to 30 minutes. Take out the mouthpiece (you can also expel any excess saliva), disconnect it, and rinse it with water.
