Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind what we sell. This page sets out our satisfaction guarantee and the warranty that covers defective products, and how to make a claim.
1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page. Tell us your order number and what went wrong. Where the item is covered under section 2 we will replace it or refund it.
2. What the warranty covers
- Dead on arrival: the LED mouthpiece or accelerator does not power on or work when it arrives.
- Defective in normal use: a covered component fails within 30 days of delivery despite being used as described.
- Wrong or incomplete: you received the wrong item, or the kit is missing a component listed on the product page.
Where a covered product fails, we will replace it (subject to availability) or refund the amount you paid for it. That is the full extent of our warranty obligation.
3. What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, water immersion, unauthorised repair or modification.
- Normal wear and tear, including consumables such as whitening gel, which are used up in normal use.
- Products bought from a third-party seller, marketplace or an unauthorised reseller. This warranty covers purchases made on true-company.com only.
- Damage in transit after delivery, or loss after a carrier has marked the parcel delivered (see our Shipping Policy for what we do in those cases).
- Satisfaction with the appearance or degree of whitening. Whitening results vary from person to person and depend on your starting shade, diet and use; a specific result is not guaranteed.
4. How to make a claim
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number, the item, and a description of the problem.
- Include a photo or a short description of the fault where you can — it usually lets us approve the claim in one reply.
- We will confirm the outcome and, where a return is needed, cover the return shipping.
5. Cosmetic product notice
Our products are cosmetic oral-care products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. This warranty is a commercial guarantee and does not limit any statutory consumer right you have.
